Façade Inspection Safety Program (FISP)

Formally known as Local Law 11

FISP (Facade Inspection Safety Program) refers to the New York City mandated periodic inspection of exterior walls and appurtenances of buildings which are greater than six stories in height.  These inspections must be performed by a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector (QEWI) approved by the Dept. of Buildings.

Over the past 15 years, EDG has performed hundreds of facade inspections here in NYC. We have been vetted by the highest levels of public and private agencies.
